Lag and lack of EU Servers

Got a good heads-up from Ernesto about the reason of the lag and other serverproblems we have been experiencing from sunday afternoon on.

Apparently it's all due to moving all the EU/NL servers from one location to another.

Short summary for those who are too lazy to read: Without any message to S2 games, the company that hosts all the servers for S2 decided to switch location, and move all the servers (physically).
For a long time only about 10 of all the 70-80 servers were online at the new location.

On top of that, they were also experiencing some serious ISP (Internet Service Provider) issues on the new location, generating lots of lag and latency.

It's now slowly looking better, and most servers should be back up right now.

The plus side is that the new location has a 800% increase of available bandwidth over the old one, so hopefully we will notice lower pings and less lag when all problems are solved.
